709.06 AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS.

Persons offering or exposing for sale agricultural articles or products shall be exempt from the payment of a license fee and shall not comply with the provisions of this chapter. As used herein, “agricultural articles or products” means commodities used as food or non-alcoholic drink for human consumption.
