701.04 CASH DEPOSIT REQUIRED.
   A deposit of one hundred dollars ($100.00) in cash shall accompany each application filed hereunder with the Service-Safety Director to defray the expenses connected with the required mailings upon the part of the Council Clerk and the publication of the resolution enacted by Council granting the permit requested. The applicant shall be entitled to a refund of any unspent portion thereof in the event the application is for any reason denied.
