Every person applying for a building permit hereunder shall prior to issuance of same by the Service-Safety Director, furnish acceptable evidence of compliance with standards set by the Division of Factories and Workshops, Ohio Department of Industrial Relations, in addition to such standards as may be imposed by the Fire Prevention Bureau and the Engineering Department.
