549.02 HARASSMENT BY LASER BEAMS.

(a) No person shall focus, point or shine a laser beam directly or indirectly on another person or animal in such a manner as to harass or annoy said person or animal.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
