§ 171.01  VILLAGE FISCAL OFFICER.
   The Council of the Village of Buckland, Ohio, pursuant to R.C. § 733.262, hereby changes the office of Clerk/Treasurer of said village to the Fiscal Officer of said village and further changes said office so that Fiscal Officers henceforth shall be appointed and not elected.
