§ 174.32  TRIMMING HEDGES ABUTTING PUBLIC SIDEWALKS.
   The owner or occupant of any lot or parcel of land bounding or abutting any public sidewalk or roadway adjacent to which any hedge is planted or growing shall keep the hedge trimmed in such a manner so as not to interfere with the clear vision of any operator of any vehicle traversing the roadway and will in no manner discommode, interfere with or inconvenience any person traveling on the sidewalk or walkway. Any person in violation of this section shall be subject to the same notice procedures and penalties as set forth in § 174.31.
