§ 174.15 KEEPING DOWN WEEDS AND LITTER.

(A) Any person or persons owning or having charge of land within the Village of Buckland shall keep the property free and clear of all noxious weeds and rank vegetation.

(B) Any person or persons owning or having charge of land within the Village of Buckland shall keep the property free and clear of all litter on the lots owned or controlled by them at all times.
