Except as provided in § 174.13, it shall be unlawful and hereby is declared a nuisance for any person or entity to store, place or allow to remain any used building materials, motor vehicles in an unlicensed or inoperative condition, motor vehicles unfit for further use, motor vehicle parts, scrap metal, refuse or rubbish on the exterior of any lot, lots, parts of lots or parcels of land within the Village of Buckland, Ohio.
