6-1-4: SUPERVISION OF DEPARTMENT:
Employees of the department shall be under the supervision and control of the Village President, pursuant to authority granted herein; provided, that if a Chief of Police is designated, the Chief shall be responsible for the supervision of the other employees of the department. (Ord., 5-4-1996)
