6-1-1: DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED; RESIDENCY:
There is hereby established a Police Department for the Village which shall consist of such employees as may be provided by the Board of Trustees. Employees of the department shall not be required to be residents of the Village. (Ord., 5-4-1996)
