If the person so served and notified does not remove or cover properly the motor vehicle within the specified reasonable time, the Village may proceed to abate the nuisance in any manner allowable including:
A. Seeking to impose a monetary penalty as defined by subsection 5-5-5A of this chapter for enforcement action.
B. Seeking to enjoin the continuation of the nuisance created by the presence of the motor vehicle by the filing of a lawsuit in a court of jurisdiction. (Ord. 02-2, 5-14-2002)
