Treating or giving away, directly or indirectly, of any intoxicating liquor hereunder by the holder of any license at his place of business herein, by either himself or by and through any servant, agent, employee or person on his behalf, is hereby prohibited. (1987 Code § 3-6-15; amd. 2018 Code)
