A. Purchasing: It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to purchase or obtain any alcoholic liquor in any tavern or other place in the Village where alcoholic liquor is sold.
B. Misrepresentation Of Age: It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to misrepresent his or her age for the purpose of purchasing or obtaining alcoholic liquor in any tavern or other place in the Village where alcoholic liquor is sold.
C. Providing To: It shall be unlawful for any adult to give, sell or deliver to any minor, directly or indirectly, any alcoholic liquor. (1987 Code § 3-6-14)
