4-2-18: SALES TO CERTAIN PERSONS PROHIBITED:
No licensee shall sell, give or deliver alcoholic liquor to any minor or to any intoxicated person, except as provided in 235 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/6-16.1. (1987 Code § 3-6-14; amd. 2018 Code)
