No person under the age of twenty one (21) years unaccompanied by his or her parents or legal guardian and no person who is intoxicated shall be permitted to loiter about any licensed premises; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to hotels, restaurants where regular meals are being served, stores, clubs, bowling alleys, etc. (1987 Code § 3-6-14; amd. 2018 Code)
