A. No holder of any license issued under the provisions of this chapter shall sell any alcoholic liquor between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. on any day, other than Sunday, which shall be between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and ten o'clock (10:00) A.M. During such closed hours, it shall be unlawful to consume, or to permit the consumption of, or to sell, alcoholic liquor on any licensed premises.
B. No licensee shall permit any person or persons other than licensees or employees to remain in the premises where liquor is offered for sale longer than thirty (30) minutes after said closing hour. The hours herein stated shall be the time prevailing in the Village (i.e., DST or CST). (1987 Code § 3-6-9)
