4-2-15: SANITARY CONDITIONS:
A. Premises:
1. Sanitary measures for cleaning and caring for all glasses, dishes, utensils and equipment shall be provided for by all licensees hereunder.
2. No license shall be granted to any applicant for the sale of intoxicating liquors for consumption on the premises unless separate sanitary toilets for men and women have been installed and provided on said premises, and such toilets shall, at all times, be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, shall have hot and cold running water and shall be in compliance with all Village ordinances.
B. Licensees And Employees: The licensees and the employees on premises used for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor shall comply with the provisions of State law relative to the health and cleanliness of employees selling food and drink. (1987 Code § 3-6-11)
