4-2-14: OPEN VIEW FROM STREET:
A. No curtains, drapes, screens, doors, partitions or view obstructing devices shall be used or built within any establishment or premises used by any licensee for sale of liquor, erected for the purpose of concealment or hiding any person or patron in such establishment.
B. The interior doors of said licensed premises shall, at all times during business hours, remain unlocked, and the exterior windows shall, at all times, be maintained in a condition so as to afford an unobstructed view of the entire interior of the premises from the exterior thereof during the hours that liquor is sold therein.
