Licenses shall be, and are hereby divided into classes, as follows:
A. Class A Licenses: Class A licenses shall entitle the licensee to sell all kinds of alcoholic liquors for consumption on the premises where sold or in package quantities.
B. Class C Licenses: Class C licenses may be issued only to clubs or fraternal orders, either having a charter from a State or national organization or operating under and by the authority of an order or society which is Statewide or national in scope. (1987 Code § 3-6-5)
