4-2-4: LICENSE REQUIRED:
No person shall sell, expose for sale or offer for sale at retail or display within corporate limits of the Village any alcoholic liquor without first obtaining a license from the Local Liquor Control Commissioner. (Ord. 18-2, 3-13-2018)
