A. Payment In Advance: In the absence of any provision to the contrary, all fees and charges for licenses or permits shall be paid in advance at the time the application therefor is made to the Village Clerk.
B. Proration Of Fee: When an application for an annual license is made after the expiration of six (6) months of the current license year, the license for the remainder of the year shall be issued upon payment of one-half (1/2) of the annual fee; provided, that the applicant has not previously held a license of the same type and class for which application is made.
