3-1-4: ANNUAL AUDIT:
The records and accounts of the Village shall be fully audited to the end of each fiscal year by some impartial accountant selected by the Board of Trustees for that purpose, which audit shall be made in accordance with the Illinois Municipal Auditing Law. (1987 Code § 1-8-4)
