In referring to a violation of any of the provisions of the Illinois Vehicle Code as adopted in section 7-1-1 of this chapter, the violation shall be noted by inserting the capital letter "M" and then listing the Illinois Vehicle Code chapter and section number set forth in said section 7-1-1 of this chapter and any amendments thereto.
