351.16 MUNICIPAL LOTS.
   (a)   Passenger Car Parking. Passenger cars may park twenty-four hours without charge on the nonmetered Municipal parking lots, but in the event any passenger car remains on the above property longer than twenty-four hours, the City may charge fifty cents (50¢) per day, per car.
   (b)   Truck Parking. No trucks of over two tons capacity or over twenty feet in length shall park in the Municipal parking lots. Trucks, trailers, tractors and all commercial vehicles up to and including two tons capacity and not over twenty feet in length may park on the nonmetered Municipal parking lots twenty-four hours, free of charge and a rental charge of one dollar ($1.00) per day may be made thereafter.

   (c)   A 24 hour time limit for the City of Bryan’s parking lot #6, located at the corner of North Lynn Street and West Bryan Street is hereby established. No vehicle may be parked in this parking lot for more than 24 hours at any one time.

   (d)   Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to one predicate motor vehicle or traffic offense, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of two or more predicate motor vehicle or traffic offenses, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
