1183.09 APPEALS TO THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS.

Decisions by the Planning Commission granting or denying a variance shall be final. Appeals shall be subject to judicial review by the Court of Common Pleas of Williams County, Ohio, in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
