1111.09 AMENDMENT AND RESTATEMENT OF PREVIOUS PLANNING AND ZONING CODE.

As of the effective date, this Planning and Zoning Code shall supersede, amend, and restate in its entirety the Planning and Zoning Code previously adopted on December 19, 2001 as subsequently amended. (Ord. 62-2023. Passed 1-16-24.)
