1111.01 TITLE.

This Code includes standards for planning, subdividing, developing, and using land within the City. This Part Eleven - Planning and Zoning Code combines the subdivision and zoning rules, regulations, and standards into one unified ordinance titled the "Planning and Zoning Code of the City of Bryan Ohio." These rules, regulations, procedures and accompanying maps shall be known, cited and referred to as the Planning and Zoning Code.
