513.18 PROHIBITING ADULT USE CANNABIS OPERATORS, ADULT USE CULTIVATORS, AND ADULT USE DISPENSARIES.

(a) Adult use cannabis operators, adult use cultivators, and adult dispensaries as defined by Chapter 3780 of the Ohio Revised Code are prohibited from operating within the City of Bryan.

(b) The growing of cannabis is prohibited on City owned property.
