   343.01 DEFINITIONS.
   (a)    "Under-speed vehicle" shall have the same meaning as set forth in Ohio R.C. 4501.01(xx).
   (b)    "Operator" shall have the same meaning as set forth in Ohio R.C. 4501.01(x).
   (c)    "Motor Vehicle" shall have the same meaning as set forth in Ohio R.C. 4501.01(B).
   (d)    "Utility Vehicle" shall have the same meaning as set forth in Ohio R.C. 4501.01(vv).
