(a) Cost. The cost to utilize a cremation niche shall be one thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($1250.00) per niche for an individual that was a resident of Bryan at the time of death. The cost for a non-resident decedent shall be one thousand three hundred dollars ($1300.00) per niche. Cost shall include opening and closing. Cost is subject to change.
(b) Appearance. To maintain uniformity, all doors will be made of the same material as provided by the City and shall be engraved with the decedent's legal name, date of birth and date of death. Any military designation or other family marker must be approved by the Street Commissioner and shall also be engraved on the door. Arrangements will be made by purchaser, with Fackler Monument, to have the door engraved. Engraving costs shall be borne by purchaser.
(c) Markers/Flowers/Urns. The placement of any flowers, flower urns, religious symbols or family plaques, memorial lights or other honorarium shall not be placed on or at the
base of the columbarium.
