953.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) on a first offense. The second offense shall constitute a fourth degree misdemeanor and shall carry a fine of up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and jail time of up to thirty days in jail.
