959.09 RECOVERY OF COSTS; USE OF REVENUE.

All costs of recovered under this Chapter shall be used to reimburse the Department of Engineering for its costs incurred in responding to applications and monitoring installation and maintenance of wireless communication facilities in the right-of-way pursuant to this Chapter.
