181.20.1 LANDLORD REPORTING.

Upon request, all property owners who rent to current or former tenants of residential, commercial or industrial premises shall file with the Tax Administrator within 30 days, a report showing the name, address and telephone number of each tenant who occupies the residential, commercial or industrial premises within the Municipality during a requested tax year.
