To provide for a replacement levy of additional funds for the purpose of retirement of all indebtedness and/or expenses for improvements to the streets and sewer system of the City of Bryan, Ohio there shall be and is hereby levied an annual tax, in addition to the tax levied by Section 181.012.1 of the Codified Ordinances on and after June 1, 2023, at the rate of one-half of one percent (0.5%), for a period of nine and one-half years (9 1/2) years ending December 1, 2032 on those classes of earnings and income set forth in said Section 181.04 et seq.
