171.01 ISSUANCE AND USE OF CREDIT CARDS FOR THE COURT.

The Bryan Municipal Court shall be issued credit cards, which may be used for the purpose of charging Bryan Municipal Court expenditures, as may be approved or authorized by the Mayor, and the Judge of the Bryan Municipal Court shall be responsible for the proper safekeeping and use of the credit cards assigned to him.
