1351.01 FACILITIES FOR HANDICAPPED PERSONS.

All buildings and facilities of buildings required to comply with the OBC shall provide reasonable access and use by all handicapped persons as required by standards and rules adopted by the State of Ohio, which shall be in accordance with “The Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990" and “The Fair Housing Amendments of 1988".
