(a) Street Names. Every subdivision plat submitted to the Planning Commission shall show the proposed names of all streets and the Commission shall not approve the plat if the proposed names conflict with existing street names.
(b) Numbering. The various lots shown on plats of new subdivisions shall be numbered in accordance with the uniform numbering system established by this chapter. The numbers assigned to the various lots shall be approved by the City Engineer.
