The Zoning Administrator may issue a permit authorizing work to begin on only a portion of a proposed project, otherwise known as a partial permit. However, prior to issuing such a permit, all necessary zoning approval shall be obtained. The Zoning Administrator shall indicate on the partial permit the extent of work approved.
