1305.01 PURPOSE.

This Chapter sets forth the powers and duties of the Zoning Administrator, City Engineer, Fire Official, C-3 Design Review Committee, Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, and City Council with respect to the administration of the provisions of this Building Code.
