This Building Code is adopted by the City pursuant to its authority under the Ohio Revised Code Chapter 715 and the City of Bryan Charter. Authorization of a variation in any provision of this Building Code by Council shall not be valid unless such variation is effected by an ordinance amending or supplementing this Building Code, which has been enacted and approved according to the requirements set forth in Section 4.10 of the City of Bryan Charter.
