   143.02 VOLUNTEER FIRE FIGHTER'S DEPENDENTS FUND BOARD.
   There is established a Volunteer Fire Fighter's Dependents Fund Board which shall consist of those members and have such powers and duties as provided under Ohio R.C. Chapter 146.
