131.01 MAYOR MAY SELL PERSONAL PROPERTY VALUED UNDER $1,000.

The Mayor for the City Departments and Utilities Director for the Utilities Department shall be authorized to sell any personal property with an estimated value under the bid limit, and not needed for municipal purposes, without formal bidding.
