111.05 FREE USE OF MUNICIPALLY OWNED PUBLIC UTILITIES FOR MUNICIPAL USE.

Council hereby establishes that each enterprise fund within the City shall receive electric, water, cable, internet, refuse collection and waste water treatment, free of charge.
