933.13 MONITORING FACILITIES.

The Director may require each discharger to provide and maintain at the discharger's own expense, a monitoring location to allow inspections, sampling and flow measurement of each sewer discharge upon a reasonable belief that the discharger is discharging a restricted substance into the POTW.
