   909.03 COMMISSION TERM OF OFFICE.
   The term of the five persons to be appointed by the Mayor shall be five (5) years and members may be reappointed by the Mayor at the end of the term. In the event that a vacancy shall occur, a successor shall be appointed by the Mayor.
