There is hereby created and established a City Tree Commission for the City of Bryan, State of Ohio, which shall consist of six members. The six members shall be comprised of five citizens and residents of the City of Bryan who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of City Council. The sixth member shall be the City of Bryan Arborist, with the approval of City Council. The Commission shall have the right to call in consultants as they see fit. Ad hoc members shall be as follows: one council member, the Parks and Recreation Director and/or his representative, Director of Utilities and/or his representative, and the Street Commissioner and/or his representative.
