After reviewing the petition, the Director of Building and Planning shall give ten (10) days notice by mail to property owners as set forth below and shall give public notice. Notice shall also be given to the City Engineer, Street Commissioner and Director of Utilities. The notice will indicate the time and place the Planning Commission will consider the petition and the nature of the petition. The Building and Planning Department shall notify all owners of property located within 250 feet of the property described in the petition. Failure to notify all owners of property located within 250 feet by mail through inadvertance will not render the hearing void.
