905.02 APPROVALS REQUIRED.

The approval of the City Engineer is required to obtain permission for curb cuts for one, two and three-family dwellings. For all curb cuts for buildings other than one, two and three-family dwellings, the approval of the Chief of Police, the City Engineer and the Street Commissioner is a requirement to obtain permission for curb cuts within the City.
