903.07 PROHIBITION AGAINST REMOVAL OF EXISTING SIDEWALKS.

No person may remove existing sidewalks without replacing the sidewalks with new sidewalks in conformity with Sections 903.01 to 903.99, unless the City Engineer approves removal of the sidewalk.
