743.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be in violation of, and subject to the penalties provided in Ohio R.C. 3709.99. After notice to comply has been given or set forth hereinbelow, each day of operation of the charged facility without the required permit shall be considered a separate offense.
